Synthesis

Metachrysalis itself is an example of my passion for synthesis, as is my participation on the core team behind the Group Works pattern language for group dynamics.

I've always enjoyed synthesizing complex information into coherent maps and explanations, in my own life, in my roles as an educator or mentor, and in my research and work.
