Initiating

I tend to more comfortable creating or co-creating with others than stepping into already existing structures.

I have a reflexive desire to create and to share what I create, inviting others in. From cofounding a corporation, a nonprofit, an arts collective to diving into existing structures and initiating new directions, policies, approaches, I feel most alive when fostering transformation and initiating rather than maintaining.
